In the course of providing the various types of legal services, Ambientec Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") holds customers' personal information.

Based on the policy for the protection of personal information, the Company also observes other regulations. In addition, the Company makes efforts for the safe and appropriate handling of all personal information, including customer information.

The Company acquires personal information appropriately without depending on fraudulent or other improper means.

The Company utilizes personal information within the scope necessary for the achievement of the following purposes of utilization. When the Company intends to use any personal information for purposes other than as provided below, the Company will do so only after obtaining prior consent of the person.

• (1) To provide the registered or applied services.
• (2) To respond to orders, consultation requests, or send materials with regard to commodities.
• (3) To confirm or introduce the information necessary to take the action as provided in items (1) or (2) above.
• (4) To enhance or improve Company services or to develop new services.

The Company implements the necessary and proper measures for prevention of leakage, loss, or damage and for other security control of personal information handled by the Company.

When the Company entrusts a third party with the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, the Company will carry out an impartial investigation of such third party and exercise the necessary and appropriate supervision over the trustee to ensure security control of the entrusted personal information.

Except as specified in the relative laws and regulations, such as the Personal Information Protection Act or the like, the Company will not provide personal information to a third party without obtaining prior consent of the person.

When requested by a specific person, the Company will disclose the retained personal information about that person without delay. In addition, if the Company is unable to verify the identity of the person making the request, the Company will not accept the request to disclose the personal information to that person. When the Company is requested to correct, add, or delete personal information on the grounds that such personal data contains a mistake, the Company will, after making an investigation, respond to such request without delay. Furthermore, if the Company is unable to verify the identity of the person making the request, the Company will not respond to such request.
